Changed your mind
Customers in the EU have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase, no reason needed. Email us with your order number, then send the item back unused and in its original packaging. We refund the full amount, including original shipping, within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping is paid by you.
Faulty or damaged
If something arrives broken or stops working, email us a photo or short video with your order number. We send a replacement or refund you, and you do not need to send the faulty item back.
