Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking link.

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Customs and duties

Depending on your country, orders may be subject to import VAT or customs duties on delivery. These are set by local customs, are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days or arrives damaged, email hello@ledstripguy.com with your order number and we will make it right.
