Refund policy

14-day returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. This is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

How to return

Email hello@ledstripguy.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Items should be returned complete, with all parts (strip, controller, remote, adapter) and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days. The cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or stops working, email us with a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including return shipping.
